Currently, I see clients throughout California and Colorado via telehealth, but I may add on-site services in California in the future.

We'll meet on a secure, private video platform. Once you book your session, I'll send you a link. All you need is a quiet, private space and a reliable internet connection.
-
Yes. Confidentiality is the foundation of our work together. What you share stays between us, and I follow strict ethical and statutory standards to protect your information. The only exceptions are when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or when required by law.
-
The first session is a time for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and what you're dealing with right now. Together, we'll start making a plan for your next steps. You're welcome to ask any questions you might have.

Therapy sessions usually last 53 minutes, but I sometimes offer longer sessions for deep trauma work or couples. This time lets us explore your thoughts and feelings, build coping skills, and work toward your mental health goals.
-
It depends on your needs. Some people see real change in just a few sessions, while others want longer-term support. We'll adjust the timing and direction together to fit what works best for you.
-
Feeling nervous is completely normal and very human. We can begin with a free call to talk about your concerns and see if we're a good fit. You don't have to do this alone. I'll support you every step of the way.
-
No, I can't prescribe medication. If you need it as part of your care, I will work closely with your provider to make sure you get complete, coordinated support.
-
At this time, I do not accept direct payment from insurance providers; all services are self-pay. We will go over my current fee structure during the initial consultation, before services begin. I can provide a superbill, which is an itemized receipt that clients may submit to their insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Because coverage for out-of-network therapy services varies, I recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance.
-
Please inform me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel late or miss a session, you may be charged. I understand emergencies happen, so contact me as soon as you can if something unexpected comes up.
